Loyal supporters of the actress are demanding that a individual who jumped a fence and touched the performer during the recent Wicked: For Good launch be taken into custody or expelled from Singapore.

A widely shared footage shows the individual from Australia pushing past camera operators and rushing toward Grande while the cast made its way down a yellow carpet accompanied by supporters.

Cast member Cynthia Erivo promptly guided the surprised star away from Mr Wen, who was observed being led away of the premiere by event staff.

Mr Wen posted on Instagram late on Thursday that he was "let go after being taken in", though official papers showed that he was due to appear on the following morning. It is not clear if he was formally accused.

History of Event Invasions

This is part of a pattern for Mr Wen, who labels himself a "Troll Most Hated", has invaded a celebrity gathering. His Instagram feed contains videos of him disrupting other high-profile occasions, including jumping on stage at the pop singer's Sydney concert in June this year and in a similar way during The Chainsmokers event in the same location last December.

"Steps should be implemented taken against him as this is evidently a legal violation," commented an Instagram user, in a response to a video Mr Wen uploaded of his behavior.

"This appears to be a habit... why are you not imprisoned?" a different Instagram user remarked.

Supporters Show Disapproval Over Grande's Well-being

Several followers criticized Mr Wen for "triggering past anxiety" Grande, who had discussed suffering from trauma-related anxiety after a terrorist explosion at the conclusion of her 2017 concert in Manchester, resulting in the death of 22 people and injuring many.

"Ariana has been through so many scary things... and at her Manchester concert and you thought it would be fun to jump the barricade?" said another response on Instagram.

Several supporters also criticised guards at the gathering for not being vigilant enough; while different individuals demanded digital services to block Mr Wen's videos.

Aftermath and Event Details

In clips spreading on the internet, Grande appeared surprised when she was approached by the individual. Her fellow actors Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be observed reassuring her while Mr Wen was removed by security.

Grande has not issued a statement on the incident, and the rest of the event carried on uninterrupted.

Hundreds of fans had assembled in a mass of green and pink at the Wicked: For Good regional premiere in a Singapore venue, including several who had queued for as long as eight hours before it commenced.

The motion picture, to be premiered on the 21st of November, is the second of a dual interpretation of the popular stage production Wicked, which revolves around the unexpected friendship between two very different sorceresses.

The production itself is a derivative of the twentieth-century story The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who plays the character Glinda Glinda, was adorned in a champagne pink sequin dress at the premiere while Erivo, who plays the villainous character, wore a elegant ensemble embroidered with roses.

They were joined by co-star Jeff Goldblum.

The first movie, Wicked, was the top-earning movie of last year in the UK, and earned ten award recognitions, earning several for best costume and artistic direction.
